Thank you for shopping at Rotta. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.
How to Initiate a Return
You have two options to initiate a return:
🔁 Option 1: Self-Request Return
After placing an order, a profile is automatically created using your email address.
Visit rotta.ca (Canada) or rottaofficial.com (US and worldwide) and click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Enter your email address, and you’ll receive a one-time code.
Use this code to log into your profile and view your orders.
Find the item you wish to return and click "Request Return".
Choose your reason for the return and confirm the request.
Once approved, you will receive a return label by email. Attach the label and drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.
After the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.

You can also start your return by emailing your order number and reason for return to:

Our team will assist you with the return process and provide a return label if eligible.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
All returns are subject to inspection. Returns may not be accepted if items are damaged or not in original condition.
14-Day Free Return & Money-Back Guarantee for Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, Rotta will cover all return shipping costs. You may return the product within 14 days of delivery, and we guarantee a full refund or replacement with no additional charges. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Refund Policy & Fee Deductions (Very Important)
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
You will be notified by email once your refund is processed.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount:

Transaction (payment processing) fee: 3.5% + $0.29 per order

If the payment was made in a currency other than CAD, an additional 2% currency conversion fee will also be deducted.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
These fees are charged by banks and payment providers and cannot be reversed by Rotta or Shopify.
Partial refunds may be issued for products returned damaged, used, or without original packaging.
