Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rotta. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.


How to Initiate a Return

You have two options to initiate a return:

🔁 Option 1: Self-Request Return

  1. After placing an order, a profile is automatically created using your email address.

  2. Visit rotta.ca(Canada) or rottaofficial.com (US and worldwide) and click the profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter your email address, and you’ll receive a one-time code.

  4. Use this code to log into your profile and view your orders.

  5. Find the item you wish to return and click "Request Return".

  6. Choose your reason for the return and confirm the request.

  7. Once approved, you will receive a return label by email. Attach the label and drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

  8. After the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email.

📩 Option 2: Manual Request

You can also start your return by emailing your order number and reason for return to support@rottaofficial.com. Our team will assist you with the return process and provide a return label if eligible.


Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • All returns are subject to inspection. Returns may not be accepted if items are damaged or not in original condition.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, in which case the cost will be covered by Rotta.


Country-Specific Return & Shipping Policy

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • You may use our self-return system or contact support@rottaofficial.com to receive a return label and instructions.

🇺🇸 United States

  • Returns are also accepted within 15 days.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • You can:

    • Request a discounted return label from us, or

    • Use a courier of your choice.

  • Contact support@rottaofficial.com to begin the return.

🌍 Europe & Other International Countries

  • International customers may return products within 14 days.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If requested, we can help by offering return options through our partner couriers, based on your country.

  • Or, you may return the product using your own shipping service.

  • Contact support@rottaofficial.com to receive the appropriate return address and assistance.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

  • You will be notified by email once your refund is processed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for products returned damaged or without original packaging.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
